QUALITY ISSUES:

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll resolve the issue ASAP. 

CHANGE OF MIND:

Not feeling it? No problem. Return your item within 14 days in its original condition (with tags and packaging) for a full refund or exchange. 

PERFECT FIT:

If the size isn’t quite right, we’ll help you exchange it for the right fit.

RETURN THE ITEM:

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all tags and accessories.  

WE’LL FIX IT:

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit.  

EXCLUSIONS

Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition with all tags and packaging intact.  
Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are faulty or damaged.  
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless there’s a quality issue.
