RETURNS POLICY

If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase or change your mind, you can return the item for a full refund within 12 days of receiving your order. Returned items must adhere to our returns policy as detailed below. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.  

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNABLE ITEMS

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, ITEMS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

Items must be returned in their original, undamaged, and unused condition, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

Final Sale or Sale Items cannot be returned. 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

FOR RETURN REQUESTS DUE TO QUALITY ISSUES:

Dudes will cover the delivery costs. Contact our Customer Service team to arrange a return via our appointed courier service. 

FOR CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS:

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a reliable courier service and obtaining proof of postage.

CUSTOM DUTIES AND SALES TAXES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

RETURN PROCEDURES

TO INITIATE A RETURN, FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

Email our Customer Service team at hello@dudesofficial.com to request a return authorization. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

Ship the item to the address provided by our Customer Service team. 

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

REFUNDS

Upon receipt and verification of the returned item, we aim to process your refund within 7 working days via the original payment method (excluding delivery fees).

Refunds will not be issued for items lost or damaged during return transit.

In case of disputes, DUDES’ decision is final and binding.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Our goal is for every item to arrive in excellent condition. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact our Customer Service team immediately for assistance. We may require photos or additional information to resolve the issue.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO INSPECT RETURNED ITEMS FOR QUALITY AND CONDITION. REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE ISSUED IF THE ITEM COMPLIES WITH OUR RETURNS POLICY.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDITION OF THE GOODS UNTIL THEY ARE RECEIVED BY US. ENSURE ITEMS ARE ADEQUATELY PACKAGED TO PREVENT DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT.
